Great little studio apartment for a few nights.

Our flight times were changed by the airline which resulted in us not being about to complete the checking during the 3-7pm hours. Contacted the accommodation and they arranged for use to be met at the apartment to hand over the keys at 8.15pm. Bus stops for buses to Cortina just a very short walk from the apartment.

The apartment was so very hot, which in one regard was great as it was so cold and snowy outside but I did have to open a window at some point; and yes I could of turned down the heating I didn't know how to do that. No dedicated car parking although public car parks close by.

Great affordable place for hikers looking to be within 1 hour drive to hikes around Cortina

Great apartment all around! Super comfortable bed Nice new bathroom with great water pressure in the shower! plus there is a washing machine Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, big fridge, microwave, oven, pots, and pans I also really appreciated that there was oil, salt, pepper and other cooking basics Well soundproofed, we didn't hear any of the street noise once we closed the windows There is a great pizza place 3 minutes from the apartment No dedicated parking but we always found space around the corner or in the parking lot 200m away from the apartment (free)

Just very small things: The extractor hood didn't work, or at least we weren't able to turn it on - seemed like it wasn't plugged in the electricity The fridge can get pretty loud at night so we had to turn it off before going to bed A thing I always miss in apartments is a dedicated cotton kitchen towel

Appartamento piccolo ma dotato di tutti i comfort. Situato nel cuore del paesino di Pieve di Cadore, è una base perfetta per visitare tutte le località circostanti. Nelle vicinanze tutto disponibile, tra supermarket, negozi di souvenir, bar, ristoranti raggiungibili a piedi Se un giorno dovessi ritornare sceglierò nuovamente questo monolocale.

È sempre tutto migliorabile, ma questo è una chicca😉

Splendido monolocale in pieno centro

Bellissimo monolocale, atmosfera molto “coccola”, posizione centralissima eppure l’appartamentino era davvero silenzioso. Ristrutturato a nuovo e la cucina fornita di tutto l’occorrente per cucinare e soggiornare senza alcuna privazione. Molto pulito e curato nei dettagli. Gentilissima è disponibile la signora Anna.

Non c’era il Wi-Fi nonostante risultasse nei servizi inclusi. Il letto, (benché comodissimo), era parecchio traballante quindi suggerirei di sostituire la rete con una più solida.

breve weekend ma molto rilassante. Passeggiate carine senza prendere l'auto, bel tempo.

Monolocale ristrutturato molto bene e in modo funzionale, nuovo, c'era tutto il necessario, anche qualcosa in più di quanto indicato (es. l'asciugacapelli, una macchina per caffè in capsule). Biancheria pulita. Nonostante le finestre diano sulla strada, è molto silenzioso. Bagno bello e doccia molto funzionale e spaziosa. Ottima posizione in centro paese, a poca distanza dalla piazza principale e da ristoranti e supermarket.

L'unico neo della struttura, ma non è responsabilità di nessuno, è il parcheggio. In realtà non c'è parcheggio privato, la macchina si può posteggiare in un ampio parcheggio pubblico, che però dista un centinaio di metri e più in basso dell'alloggio; anche scaricare i bagagli dalla via d'accesso non è ovvio, perché è la strada Nazionale di accesso al paese e in quel punto è stretta e non c'è marciapiedi...insomma bisogno arrangiarsi un po'. Nonostante ciò, il rapporto qualità prezzo è eccellente. Consigliatissimo.

Un bel appartamento con una buona posizione per escursioni!

Appartamento bello e luminoso, posizione perfetta per chi deve fare qualche escursione verso i vari laghi in zona. Ci siamo trovati veramente bene e l'idea di usare la casa dei nonni e renderla un appartamento affittabile è veramente bella, ci siamo sentiti a casa. Complimenti.

Non sono critiche ma solo dei suggerimenti per rendere magari più comodo il soggiorno. Qualche prodotto per il bagno sarebbe stato comodo, come delle boccette monouso per lavarsi o l'asciugacapelli. Qualche tazza visto che c'è il bollitore o qualche cialda di caffè. Ovviamente si tratta di piccolezze di poco conto che non sono tenuti a darti in un appartamento in affitto ma secondo me con una minima spesa si può elevare ancora di più la struttura.
