It was great in general, the owners just need to pay attention to seemingly small things.

Location was great. Great space for a family.

Could have done better with attention to details. Cobwebs, the patio chairs needed cleaning, medium size pots for the kitchen so we can actually cook for a family, cutlery set for children and majorly, please change the toilet brushes, they were an absolute nightmare!

Excellent value for money in Hull!

Excellent location, very quiet road but a nice walk away from a busy area where you can find restaurants, shops etc. The bungalow was very good value for money and our requirements., The 2 bathrooms were a massive bonus.

Although we would definitely book again a few pointers for the owner to look at:- Dishwasher looks like it need salt/ rinse aid as it looks very scummy. A few areas around the shower area which might need silicone. Extra blankets as the colder days set it More teaspoons!

Comfortable stay

Good location, good parking and easy to find/ access. Very spacious and clean property.

Building was freezing upon entry, would have been nice if the radiators were turned on, if only a little, knowing guests were arriving. Blinds in room not particularly nice, let a lot of light in. Didn't like the hand soap dispensers in the shower but I know that's purely personal preference, glad brought my own.

For a short stay, so it was OK. With some small adjustments it would be perfect

The location, parking space, the self check in and out, furniture, atmosphere, 2 bathrooms, big space.

Poor kitchenware, not enough cutlery, no washing tablets for machine, no salt and other small things. The beds are double beds with one blanket, which is uncomfortable. No spare bed sheets or blankets. The cleaning should be better. The light goes on automatically when you go to toilet during the night.

Clean, tidy, spacious. Good location in a nice quiet road with great parking. Well equipped. Good showers. Generally very good value for money.

Nothing which would put me off staying again in the future. If I’m very picky, the extractor fan on the en suite is a bit noisy, and since I’m used to blackout blinds/curtains, these would be good in the bedrooms, but that’s about it really!

Only complaint we had was the beds weren’t very comfy. Also pillows not comfy and could do with king size quilts on both beds!

An excellent place to stay in Hull!

This was one of the best places I have stayed in Hull. The location is beautiful, very quiet and lots of greenery. Plenty of space for parking off street. Lots of places to eat nearby. The property itself is great, and a much welcomed relief from staying hotels. 2 large double bedrooms, 1 en-suite, and large open plan living space and kitchen. It was great to relax and kick back. There is seating area outside which was great to sit at with a beer, listening to the birds and watching the wildlife. Would absolutely stay here again!

Parking. Two bathrooms and location. Good information prior to arrival.

Unable to use outdoor furniture as it was dirty with bird mess. Ensuute room had a persistent buzzing throughout the night, which prevented sleep. Have messaged owners, so hopefully, this will be sorted. Could not find the source, unfortunately. Under beds and behind doors need dust removing. A hand towel and tea towel with clean washing up sponge would have been useful. Thicker duvets needed.

Very spacious, clean and in a great quiet neighborhood in a convenient location.

Not enough information on appliances such as washing machine (not listed in amenities and no clothes line), no hairdryers even though listed, no small complimentary bath soap or wash cloths. No extra blankets for pullout sofa bed. Limited pots and pans.

It was a beautiful and well kept house. Mordern built and furnishing. Very clean with basic amenities

The heating took forever to warm up. Had to get a mini portable heater to warm up a part of the house.

Lovely spacious modern property in close proximity to Uni.

The proximity to the University is brilliant. The room in the bungalow is spacious. Modern. Good for parking. Beds are really comfortable.

The water in the shower fluctuated a bit. Although the furniture (cupboards in bedrooms and lounge) are fit for purpose, they appear to be ex office equipment. The rest of the bungalow is so nice, it’s a little out of place. Needs a clean washing up cloth and scouring pad for new guests.
