Condo on Beach with AC

Once inside, the condo, was older but clean, well equipped and right on the beach. Extra bed in living room was great, we even slept out there with glass door open to hear the ocean. Snorkel’s, chairs and buggy boards were available for use as well as anything we needed in kitchen.

Outside of building was very run down and had major construction going on. We were warned ahead of time but was still surprised at the amount of noise and construction. Parking lot condition was awful and was closed while we were there and we had to park a block away and walk back on a rainy night.

had lots of fun beach items to use. beautiful view. very quiet and safe. very clean. had extra soaps etc. to use.

the bedroom was really warm even with the fans. the other rooms were nice and cool

I liked that we can watch the sunrise & it was right on the beach & over all it was nice .

I feel like it needed a fan in the bathroom for ventilation & for the dryer too because the top of the ceiling gets wet from the heat. Kind of bummed that the cones get put up on one side of the entrances because if we pass the first one we have to do a u-turn instead of just going in the 2nd entrance

The appartment was beautifull at a really good location. The beach is very good for snorkeling, each day we saw the turtles up close. Also spotted octopus, murray eels, and lots of smaller fish!

Be aware of overcharging. I was overcharged by more than 400 USD. While the first charge was perfectly 50% of the agreed upon amount, the second charge (a few days prior to arrival) was a lot higher. The hosts claimed it was due to a 'transient fee' and 'taxes', and said the fault was with booking.com and not with them. However according to booking.com they had no control over what was being charged by the hosts.. It took me way too much effort to get the money back (I only got it back after letting the hosts know I would take legal action if it was not returned).
