Przemiła obsługa. Ładne wnętrze.

Było zimno. Kaloryfery w styczniu grzały tylko chwile. Obsługa powinna na okres zimowy rozdać kaloryfery elektryczne dla zainteresowanych lokatotów.

Soggiorno oltre le aspettative

Hotel villa nuova è equidistante tra le mete principali della zona come Bolzano e Trento . E' confortevole con camere dall'arredamento agé, ma pulite e con tutto il necessario. Lo staff è stato sempre disponibile, accogliente e pronto a soddisfare ogni richiesta. Il cibo è davvero ottimo;vi consiglio di provare i loro piatti indiani perché meritano l'assaggio. La colazione a buffet è completa e variegata; unico suggerimento: aggiungere della frutta fresca. Un particolare ringraziamento alla ragazza in sala che con la sua gentilezza e il suo sorriso fa sentire gli ospiti come a casa.

L'unica pecca: una porta che divide due stanze che fa sentire tutti i rumori provenienti dalla stanza adiacente.

I giovani gestori sono veramente cordiali e dimostrano di avere le caratteristiche e la determinazione adatta per dare un giusto rinnovamento e nuovo lustro all'albergo col tempo. Nel complesso la pulizia e l'igiene ed il confort della camera sono adeguate al prezzo ed alle nostre aspettative per un breve soggiorno. Volendo, situato al Piano Terra, c'è anche il ristorante di cucina indiana e pizzeria molto valido e sempre gestito dai proprietari Quindi Vi consiglio questo soggiorno sulla base di questi presupposti

I bagni seppur molto puliti necessitano di un ammodernamento come del resto la struttura in generale che comunque resta sempre dignitosa e praticabile

La posizione per noi era ottima, con parcheggio e in centro a paese.

La posizione della cappa cucina, alle 22,00 entravano in camera odori abbastanza forti, vista la specialità del ristorante cucina indiana molto speziata e diversa dalla nostra.

Staff gentilissimo, posizione tranquilla ed ottimale per visitare i dintorni. Qualità del cibo a cena buona.

Struttura datata, la sala colazioni sarebbe da rinnovare. Personalmente offrirei agli ospiti prodotti tipici sia a colazione che a cena (la colazione è prettamente dolce, poca selezione di salati e la cena per gli ospiti dell'hotel è a menu fisso diverso da quello offerto dal ristorante). Acqua della doccia debolissima, ma calda.

Mini vacanza trentina

Posizione ottima in centro a Romeno, comoda che si sia di passaggio o per villeggiatura. Personale molto disponibile, biancheria e stanze molto pulite. Colazione abbondante e curata.

La struttura è decisamente datata, rinnovata il minimo indispensabile. Sarebbero da curare un po' di più i dettagli, per esempio rubinetti e getti doccia pieni di calcare che spruzzano ovunque. Per il prezzo del servizio di mezza pensione, sarebbe da implementare un po' la scelta del menu.

La camera non era pulitissima, sapeva da chiuso, arieggiando tutto il pomeriggio è cambiato l'odore. Male organizzati in sala per la cena. La colazione un po' povera.

Camera essenziale ma comunque pulita. Host molto gentile e disponibile: il riscaldamento in camera era rotto e hanno subito risolto il problema portandoci uno scaldino elettrico!

Schöne Unterkunft - abgelegen im Val di Non

Das Personal war sehr nett und aufmerksam. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und sauber.

Leider hat die in Booking.com angegebene Lage überhaupt nicht gestimmt. Wir hatten eigentlich eine Unterkunft in Tramin gesucht und dort keine gefunden. In Booking.com stand, das Hotel sei 11km von Tramin entfernt, tatsächlich waren es 35!!!! Dummerweise hatten wir das nicht kontrolliert. Ob diese Info vom Hotel selbst oder von Booking stammt, kann ich nicht einschätzen.

Das nette Personal, super Frühstück, check in bis 23:30 Uhr, saubere Zimmer und natürlich der Parkplatz für die Motorräder hinterm Haus
