Appartement en très mauvais état.
Fuite lavabo. WC non fonctionnel. Douche robinet ne tient pas ouvert. Plaque de cuisson ne fonctionne pas. Etc...ne correspond pas au photo sur le site. Rester qu'une nuit. Obligé de chercher un autre logement car ce n'est pas possible de rester dans ces conditions.

accès à 10 minutes à pieds du RER A
L'appart est à refaire complètement. Odeur de ligne mal séché dans la chambre vraiment désagréable. Peinture qui s'écaille un peu partout. Branchement électrique assez douteux Pas d'isolation avec maison située au dessus... On entend bien les enfants courir et jouer douche assez difficile à utiliser. Robinetterie basse, plafond bas, et parois de douche peu pratique. WC qui fuient en permanence... ambiance !

Logement à 500m du RER A. Ambiance de province, endroit calme et tranquille. Logement entier avec équipement suffisant. Lit très confortable et bon linge de lit
Quelques odeurs de canalisations mais qui s'en vont quand on aère, ce qui est facile quand il fait très chaud. Chasse d'eau qui doit fuir car bruit du remplissage de cuve régulier, mais bruit peu intense.

Bruit des voitures , cave aménagée, fenêtre de la chambre moisie , bruits dans l’appartement incessants car aucune isolation, abords du jardin sales , douche exiguë , pas de porte entre salon et salle de bains, sols non lavés .
