Victor hat uns in Empfang genommen und uns alles gezeigt. Auch für Fragen stand er jederzeit zur Verfügung.
Der einzige Punkt war, das wir im Hotel beim Essen nach einer Karte gefragt wurden, die wir nicht bekommen hatten. Aber das war kein großes Problem.

The Chalet was well-equipped — it had almost everything one might need for his stay. The furniture was in good condition, and the kitchen was stocked with all the necessary utensils. There were multiple swimming pools to enjoy, and the location was great — just a 5-minute walk to the beach.
The owner was responsive to any issue we raised.
The shower drain wasn’t working properly, but I informed the owner, and he promised to fix it. Also, attending the night shows at Stella Hotel requires an additional payment, which was not clearly mentioned beforehand. Lastly, the kitchen was missing a microwave, which would have been helpful.
Cleanliness can be better, especially since the Chalet is on the ground floor.
Swimming pools need to be cleaned more.
