Nov stan odmah pored aqua parka. Stan i sve u njemu je novo, čisto i udobno. Lepa terasa na kojoj je prijatno sedeti. Apsolutna preporuka za stan u svakom pogledu.

Zgrada nije završena, tako da su hodnici prljavi i ima dosta majstora koji nose materijal, prave buku jer rade, plus puše na sve strane uključujući liftove... Dakle, stan je odličan, ali zgrada je još uvek dosta nivoa ispod po skoro svakom pitanju.
