Апартаментът беше чист, уютен. Има асансьор, рецепция. Всичко около него е наблизо - Аква парка, търговски център, заведения, парк, зоопарк. Домакинът е изключително гостоприемен и за нас беше удоволствие да бъдем негови гости. Определено бихме го посетили отново!

Прокуренный уставший номер

Для нас дверь была открыта. Ключ лежал внутри. Но чтобы узнать номер квартиры - пришлось звонить. Заранее номер двери нам не сообщили. С виду - красивый номер. Красивая спальня. Цена за две ночи - 45 евро. Зимой в номере тепло. Но тепло только днем. Хороший Wi-Fi. Большая душевая кабина.

В номере тяжело дышать. Номер пропитан запахом сигарет. Вероятно этот запах пытались заглушить ароматизаторами, и эта смесь запахов вызвала неприятные ощущения вплоть до головной боли. Открытые окна не помогали. Номер с виду красивый, пока не притронешься к деталям: на кухне дверцы задевают друг друга и скрипят. Некоторые лампочки не работают. Некоторые выключатели ничего не включают. В люстре на пять лампочек в спальне - вставлены только три лампочки. Стулья старые, накрыты тканью, которая рвется. Сами стулья расшатаны и скоро разломаются. В спальне всего одна розетка. Если в нее вставить на зарядку телефон, то сам телефон можно положить только либо на пол, либо на кровать. Подойти к кровати сбоку - невозможно: мешает батарея. Залезть на кровать со стороны ног не удобно - мешает бортик кровати. Номер заявлен на четверых, мы забронировали на троих, но лежал всего один халат. Из посуды - всего две чайные ложки. Три вилки. Тарелок только по одной на человека. Есть посудомоечная машина, но нет для нее таблеток. Сломано мусорное ведро. В номере не было чайника. Ни электрического, ни чайника для плитки. Воду для чая кипятили в кастрюльке. Зимой в номере тепло. Но только днем. На ночь отопление отключают. Ванная комната: в унитазе протекает вода. Кнопки унитаза заедают. Вода из крана брызгает наружу: когда будете мыть руки - одежда окажется мокрой. В душевой отваливается держатель лейки. Слышимость: внутри номера вы будете слышать все, что происходит на лестнице и в других квартирах. И пылесос соседа в девять вечера и разговоры на лестнице. В 8:55 во дворе дома начали косить траву. Косить траву на плитке, а не на газоне. Шум проникал в номер даже с закрытыми окнами. Траву косили до обеда. Гостиница обещает "бесплатную парковку на территории", но своей парковки нет, точнее проезд к ней перекрыт. Нужно искать место на улице и парковаться на тротуаре. А с парковкой в этом месте тяжело даже зимой, что уж говорить, о летнем сезоне, когда откроется аквапарк.
