This hotel is beautiful. Great location. The staff are so friendly and polite. The deluxe room was a good size and the bathroom was very spacious. The room and hotel are exceptionally clean. It has a warm vibe and located in a great location with lots of lovely cafes and places to eat. Staff were so helpful and friendly. I’d stay here again and recommend this hotel to anyone.

I loved everything about it . The staff especially Mahmood was so nice. The rooms were beautiful and the bathroom was lovely.

The location is great! The room is modern and nicely decorated.
Our main issue is the main heating system. It was 20degrees outside with the sun hitting our room and the room had no windows opening!!!! When we informed the staff they said they did not have a/c at the moment and they literally seemed that they did not care. I asked for a fan and the receptionist said that he will bring it but after waiting without a follow up we asked again and he replied that he didn’t find any fans. LOL for 1000€ for 3 nights this is not the service you expect. The least you can do is follow up and say that you could not find a damn fan!!! It’s that easy!!! We felt like we were boiling in that room every time we got out of the shower or ironed our clothes. At least add a handle to the windows so that the guests can open them…
