Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, clean and very chic

We absolutely loved the location. 15 min walk to the tower and easy access to metro. the staff are super friendly. we had the room facing the street, the view was stunning. the window also opens, which was a bonus for taking photos.
The shower takes ages to drain, which is the only issue we had.

The location is great! The room is modern and nicely decorated.
Our main issue is the main heating system. It was 20degrees outside with the sun hitting our room and the room had no windows opening!!!! When we informed the staff they said they did not have a/c at the moment and they literally seemed that they did not care. I asked for a fan and the receptionist said that he will bring it but after waiting without a follow up we asked again and he replied that he didn’t find any fans. LOL for 1000€ for 3 nights this is not the service you expect. The least you can do is follow up and say that you could not find a damn fan!!! It’s that easy!!! We felt like we were boiling in that room every time we got out of the shower or ironed our clothes. At least add a handle to the windows so that the guests can open them…
