The location
During the summer, the apartment feels quite warm even with three fans running. A portable AC should be provided during this season to make guests comfortable.

Апартаменты отличные, красивый ремонт. Дом находится на улице со множеством баров и ресторанов, в нескольких кварталах от Лувра. Если вопрос парковки для машины для вас не в приоритете, то однозначно рекомендую
В описании написано, что есть бесплатная парковка поблизости, возможна по цене 20 евро в сутки. На самом деле ближайшая парковка в метрах 300, 48 евро в сутки. Подъехать к самому дому тоже нельзя на машине, пришлось тащить сумки черти откуда. Если вы не на машине, то однозначно рекомендую сами апартаменты, если на авто, то будьте готовы тащить сумки пару кварталов

Position is excellent, you’re right next to a bustling street however once you step through the gate it is quiet. Seems spacious for Parisian apartment. Bed is comfortable and large. Water pressure excellent.
Some fittings are getting a little tired, shower missing the lever and the floor near the bathroom is a little water damaged. It is an old building.
