Position is excellent, you’re right next to a bustling street however once you step through the gate it is quiet. Seems spacious for Parisian apartment. Bed is comfortable and large. Water pressure excellent.
Some fittings are getting a little tired, shower missing the lever and the floor near the bathroom is a little water damaged. It is an old building.

Location was excellent, near the metro and a lot of convenience stores, boulangerie and restaurant. Safe to walk around and apartment was in a safe area. Despite being near a lot of restaurants the apartment was quite.
Since we leave before sunrise and arrive after sunset. It would be nicer if there was a light on the stairwell.
