Drain smell in shower room

The apartment was basic, yet spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable. The location was a bit far from center and not in the best area (the view of garbage across from the apartment has been mentioned in other reviews). It was close to a grocery store which was nice and it did not feel like an unsafe area even though it was a bit rundown.

While the apartment was fine, I did NOT get the same apartment that is in the photos and I consider this fairly misleading. They argued that it was the same layout and size and likely was, but the apartment in the photos is far more updated (attaching photo of my bathroom for reference). I suggested to them that they should fix that and they said they were working on it. But I've now waited almost 3 months to write this and that hasn't changed. The second problem was the collection of keys. I messaged the day before my arrival with my arrival time. They told me to message the next day when I was 30 minutes away. When I did this they replied with a message as to where to collect the keys that was NOT near the rental at all (more than 20 minutes walking further from the center) and I was already in an UBER to the apartment and was traveling alone. After a couple messages, I then called them. They did in the end reluctantly agree to have someone meet me with keys. I've rented dozens of apartments on different platforms and I've never been asked to go anywhere far to collect keys, ESPECIALLY last minute like that. That's not what you want after a long travel day.

Relação preço-qualidade excelente. Serviu para passar uma ótimas férias e visitar as praias da Serra da Arrábida. A sala é também uma mais valia.

Poderia ter mais toalhas. O chão poderia estar mais limpo. Cozinha podia ter mais alguns utensílios e equipamentos, como máquina de lavar-louça.

Questão difícil de responder, talvez ter um supermercado perto.

O alojamento tinha alguns pontos negativos, como por exemplo o facto de algumas peças de loiça estarem lascadas, um ponto mesmo negativo foi o facto de chegaremos e não tínhamos acesso a água quente tivemos que esperar, os vizinhos um pouco barulhentos, eu como tinha um bebé menos de 1 ano não gostei. Zona um bocado turbulenta, assistimos a 2 indivíduos a ‘ assaltar ‘ uma casa próxima. O preço foi acessível mas não sei se compensou.
