Everything was very good and lovely, we enjoyed our time in Neum!

Very beautiful view from the balcony, increadible sinrise and sunset. A lot of places for sleep (kids 2 levels bed, 2 couches and a big bed for 2 people in the bedroom), lovely lights. The kitchen has enough dishes and glasses, electric dual-plate stove and a small fridge. We spent 4 days in the place and it was almost enogh. The microwave woudn't hurt ))

Keep in mind that there're only a stairs and no elevetor if this is important.

I would not stay in this location again!

The appartement is big and has a very nice view over the sea. The agency renting the appartement answered very quickly to one of our complaints, the air conditionner was broken and they sent somebody in the same day to fix it, which was good.

The air conditionning was broken and we stay like this for one or two days until we realised it is broken. We thought that it is old and that is all it can deliver. I would exepect the host to check all the appartus in the appartament before renting it. There was a very very bad small coming from the bathroom sink all over the appartement, not because the bathroom was not clean but because of some wrong plumb installation. We raised the issue and this was not fixed, although the solution is easy for a good plumber. My husband found a temporary solution until the end of our stay so we can live in the appartement. I did not feel good because of that smell. The persons available in the location don't speak english at all. We used google translate to communicate with them even very basic things. They did not clean the appartement at all during our stay of 6 nights. There was only one key anyway which was with us the whole stay. For the bath, we only had small towels, not big ones. This review is just for the appartement we stayed in, they have other appartements too, which might not have these issues. There are many things that could be improved or added in the appartement and someone who speaks at least basic english.
