The apartment does have a nice view and high ceilings. Private parking and close to Neum Beach, but that’s where the positives end.

We booked this apartment in Neum well in advance for four adults and a cat, encouraged by many positive reviews. A few hours before arrival, we messaged via Booking.com that we’d be there around 5–6 PM. When we got there, no one answered our calls or messages for about 30 minutes, which was very stressful. Eventually, the owner picked up and showed us the apartment. We didn’t get a response in the Booking chat until late that night. Cleanliness was awful. Dirty floors, bugs squashed on walls, dirty dishes, and stained bedding. My wife had to mop the floors herself just to make it livable. The bathroom smelled terrible, the shower leaked badly. Seems like the bathroom door was in mold. We messaged the hosts about the issues. They came quickly, but when we asked them to take off their shoes, they ignored the request and walked around in them—even after we had just cleaned the floors! When we showed them the leaking shower, their response was “Just close the doors.” like we never used shower before and don't know how to. Eventually, they admitted it was broken and promised to send a repairman. No one ever came. After few hours we were just told by SMS not to turn the water on full power. 😊😊😊 The door handle in our bedroom was broken too. The hostess looked surprised and seemed to think we had broken it. When we pointed out stains on the bedding, she kept repeating “Where? Where?” and refused to even look at a photo we had taken. Her final comment: “The bedding is clean. Some stains just can’t be washed out.”. All this, again, in dirty shoes right in our bedroom. By the way, the bed linen was not changed even once in 10 days. We didn’t expect luxury – just basic cleanliness and respect from the hosts. Sadly, neither was delivered. After all, we came here to relax, not to renovate someone else's apartment. Unfortunately, this completely ruined the holiday.

Parking was easy and included. We had a room with a view of the sea, very nice. The area was walkable to restaurants and beach area

The room included a shower and toilet area, however it was not joined to the room, it was a across, opposite the room, it was lockable, but if you are not happy with this type of set up, check the room first. The pictures on Bookings implies the bathroom is attached to the room.

Parking under the roof of the house. And that it was close to the beach.

No mosquite nets on the windows.

It’s very comfortable the apartment, there are two bedrooms, one the living room, one the bathroom, one the kitchen and one the big balcony. Design of a living room is very good. There is wonderful view from a balcony. There are a lot of necessary things in an apartment. The owner of an apartment is very pleasant a polite man.

We had some problem with the shower cabin, there was some water on the floor in a bathroom after taking a shower. But in general it wasn’t a big problem

It was clean, new and the staff was great!

Everything was good.
