Sehr schöne Wohnung, funktional eingerichtete Küche, genügend Platz, super Lage, ohne Auto alles gut erreichbar.
Leider hat es im zweiten Schlafzimmer keine Klimaanlage.

Bagno un po' datato. Scarico doccia intasata. Soffione doccia che non restava su.

La posizione e grandezza casa
Lo split aria condizionata in camera non funzionava, hanno detto che mandavano tecnico o sostituivano con un condizionatore a colonna, ma non è mai arrivato nulla. Doccino nella doccia non stava attaccato alla colonna, doveva essere stretto (non era sufficiente farlo manualmente)

La posizione vicina al centro e al mare. Arredi cucina nuova.
Aver trascorso la prima notte in bianco per aver trovato la casa fredda e umida e non riscaldata nonostante i caloriferi accesi e non aver avuto supporto adeguato. Salotto scomodo a causa della disposizione di due letti adibiti a divano. Stoviglie appena sufficienti.
