Not worth the price, but really nice place close to the water and restaurants.
Close to the water and the view was great. Close to restaurants and shops.
The view was great and it would have been even better if you could use the balcony, but a nest of wasps was there which made the balcony unusable and the company we rented the apartment from did not get rid of during our stay. The was lacking some utensils for making food. There wasn’t even a electric kettle for boiling water.

Die Lage ist super, allerdings muss man wissen, dass sich das Aparment in einer geschlossenen Anlage mit Schranken und Toren mit Schlüsseln befindet, also nichts mit Flanieren am Abend in einem italienischen Städtchen zu Fuß. Ausblick herrlich, wie auf den Bildern. Sehr ruhige Gegend, nur das Meeresrauschen zu hören Strand durch einen Fahrradweg vom Apartment getrennt, zu Fuß gut zu erreichen
Die Parksituation ist etwas verbesserungswürdig. Das Parkhaus mit einem Van nicht nutzbar (wir haben einen VW Bus und sind mit Mühe und Not wieder herausgekommen :( ) Ich würde vielleicht das nächste Mal in einem lebendigen Städtchen unterkommen, hier fühlt man sich ein wenig abseits von allem.

Un incantevole posto dove ritrovarsi e godere il mare e il sole.
La posizione è UNICA ed è sicuramente la caratteristica migliore fra tutte. Le dotazioni sono ottime. Secondo noi alcuni piccoli miglioramenti alla struttura le farebbero fare un salto di un ulteriore gradino.
Piccoli particolari, come mensole nei punti strategici, un po' di manutenzione ai serramenti, le sedie sul balcone a fine carriera. Il bagno di servizio, ancorchè carino, è un po' imbarazzante: il rubinetto del lavabo e la doccia stessa richiedono un particolare addestramento per non allagare mezzo appartamento. Qualche volta bisognerebbe chiedere ai "designer" se non hanno mai fatto la barba o la doccia........
