About this villa rental
With two main villas and two bungalows, generous shared spaces and peaceful private corners, Villa Arios offers a beautiful setting for holidays with family or friends. Its distinctive features include a large seawater pool with underwater bar stools, poolside lounges, shaded pergolas and an infinity pool with swimming jets.
Main veranda
The main veranda extends over 280 m², surrounded by colourful planted amphorae and shaded by a splendid central tree. A sitting area overlooks the 23 m² infinity Jacuzzi pool with swimming jets, while allowing adults to keep an eye on the playroom.
Under a large tiled-roof pergola, a beautiful Italian stone “Lazy Susan” dining table comfortably seats 12–14 guests. A stylish BBQ completes the outdoor dining area.
Traditional main villa
One of the oldest buildings in the area, the traditional main villa has been carefully renovated to preserve its character. It includes:
A spacious living room with two sitting areas, a fireplace, ceiling fans and air conditioning.
A welcoming kitchen at the heart of the house, with a large table, antique furniture, hand-painted Italian tiles and a wood-fired pizza oven.
A bathroom.
A studio with two single beds, an additional fridge and a bathroom.
A covered dining area beside the entrance.
Main bedroom building
Stairs—or a slide that children love—lead from the main veranda to the lower-level bedroom building. Beyond a decorative entrance door are five individually designed bedrooms:
Tree of Life Room: a sea-themed bathroom with a shower entered through a heart-shaped opening.
Pink Room: an extra-large king-size built-in bed, a heart-shaped entrance and an additional hanging single bed.
White Room: a romantic king-size bamboo canopy bed and a wardrobe with a lace cover.
Blue Room: a triple canopy bed.
Master Bedroom: a king-size heart-shaped built-in bed, a walk-in wardrobe and three doors opening onto the garden.
The building also features a white bathroom with double sinks, a bathtub, a shower and a separate WC, plus a nature-themed bathroom with a stone shower, natural-shell lights and a sink supplied by water flowing from a large natural shell.
All bedrooms have driftwood curtain rails, natural-shell lights, decorative floor details, ceiling fans and air conditioning. Each has a covered porch and beautiful sea and garden views.
The master bedroom opens directly onto an en-suite bathroom with a feature mirror, a white natural-stone double sink, a double shower decorated with “messages in bottles” and a very large bathtub. Driftwood curtain rails, natural shells, mosaics and stone details complete the design. There is also an elegant white-stone WC.
Outside the master bedroom, a secluded private sitting area has stairs leading to the main terrace.
