The old lady was very friendly - she reminded me of my late mom. She offered me her own food for supper and made coffee for me.
The must have a visible electrical power point for charging the phone/gadgets.

i THINK THE GARDEN COULD NEED SOME ATTENTION WITH FLOWERS OR PLANTS
KEY MANAGEMENT ARE EXIT AND ENTRANCE METHOD CAN BE CHANGED. IT WAS SOMETIMES A CHALENGE. SPECIALLY IF CAREGIVER CANNOT BE REACHED AND YOUR IN OR OUT TIMES IS LATE AT NIGHT.
LOOK AT KEYPAD ENTRANCE.
BECAUSE OF VARIOUS PEOPLE COMING AND GOING SECURITY CAN BE A PROBLEM
