Śniadania w pobliskiej kawiarni są bardzo smaczne. Można wybierać spośród dań na słodko i na słono, więc każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Napoje również wybiera się z karty. Dużym plusem jest dostępność różnych rodzajów mleka.
Jedyny minus nie dotyczy samego mieszkania, lecz remontów prowadzonych w mieście. Można go jednak potraktować jako zwykłą niedogodność związaną z licznymi pracami remontowymi prowadzonymi latem.

Bardzo dobrze zlokalizowany, odrestaurowany, klimatyzowany apartament blisko starego miasta w Bari. Ładna i czysta okolica. Piechotą (spacer ok. pół godziny) można dostać się na plażę miejską Pane e Pomodoro. Przepiękna stylowa łazienka. Duże łóżko w salonie i rozkładana sofa w kuchni. Na plus mały balkon. Na gości czekają kapsułki z kawą. Wygodne na krótki city break. Dobry kontakt, sympatyczny właściciel. Śniadanie w pobliskiej kawiarni. Naprzeciwko apartamentu sklep. Dobrze skomunikowany z lotniskiem.
Widok z balkonu, choć generalnie dobrze że w ogóle jest balkon.
