1. Reasonable price for what the homestay offers. 2. Not far from local restaurants and convenience shops, but you need transport. 3. It is a housing estate that is 13km and 30 mins by car from the airport. 4. The bed & pillow + blanket are comfortable. 5. Towel provided. 6. The homestay is clean & tidy. 7. The AC is working well. The fan is also provided. 8. A water dispenser is provided. 9. A fridge and washing machine are provided. 10. Gated parking can fit 1 car. 11. Netflix is provided.
1. The host replaces the homestay with a new one since the booked homestay is not available. Luckily, it is still in acceptable condition. So I'm ok with it.

Everything is fine with this property. Staff ( or owner ) was very supportive and really friendly. Apartment is clean and comfortable. We are happy and can recommend to anyone.
No major concerns. No nearby shops to eat.
