Big living room though the bedrooms a bit small but still comfartable. Theres a microwave to heat up food. Comfy beds

Not enough mugs to drink water for big family. No shampoos. Our stay was long a bit better if have washing machine. Our unit got ant problems

Location. It is where I needed to be. The unit is also clean, have the necessity and free parking lot.

I love all they provide... So surprising with the room. Booking with 2 room but i got 4 room with 2 bathroom. Love so much. So comfy...

Stay Date: 12 March 2026 (3:00 PM check-in) – 14 March 2026 (12:00 PM check-out) Unit: Block C-14-03 (B) The check-in process was smooth and convenient. Key collection through the mailbox was easy and on time, which made the arrival hassle-free. The WiFi connection was excellent and very stable throughout the stay. The unit also provided useful appliances such as a microwave and a mini refrigerator, which were convenient during the visit. The host was responsive and replied to messages even late at night, which I appreciate.

There were several cleanliness and maintenance issues during the stay. Small ants were present around the room, especially near the TV table cabinet and along the wall walkway. The sink had a water leakage problem, and the air conditioner was not cooling well. The bathroom also did not have a floor mat, which made the floor quite wet and messy after use. Some kitchen items such as plates and cups were provided, but they did not appear fully clean, and the dishwashing sponge was not in good condition. Only one roll of toilet paper was provided with no extra available. The swimming pool also did not seem properly maintained, as there were dry leaves inside the pool. There was also some confusion regarding the parking arrangement. I was initially informed to use parking lot 3-133 and parked there on the first day without issue. However, on the second day (13 March 2026) when I returned around 9:00 PM, another vehicle was already using that space. After contacting the host, I was informed that I could use the next parking lot (3-134). It would have been helpful if any changes had been communicated earlier to avoid confusion.
