Strategic location. Close to KIP Mall, many eateries, laundry and just around 15 minutes to KLIA1/KLIA2. Easy access to the unit and no deposit is needed.
Nothing so far. This has been my second stay and surely will repeat in the future.

overall the room was nice and clean and had a lot of amenities prepared like the microwave, washing machine, stove, fridge and even some water and tea. checking in was rather easy as well and the host send check in direction 2 days before my check in date. they were also accommodating to my early check in request by an hour before the stated check in time! there were also plenty of shops around as well so finding food or getting things from mart and pharmacy wasn't hard as most were walking distance!
the bed was quite hard to sleep on considering it's a thin/flat/hard bed but since it was just an overnight stay for an event i needed to attend nearby, i made do with it. we found a roach by the kitchen as well but it didn't bother us that much. the feedback was given to the host so hopefully improvements in these area would be made.
