Posizione buona per raggiungere a piedi il paese , hist gentile e disponibile, accettano cani il che è positivo, purtroppo unica pecca ma non è colpa dell host, giù a piano terra ci sono due addetti alla portineria di una cafonaggine maleducazione e infinita ignoranza da non essere proprio adatto a gestire un intera receptionist di un residence.... Tutto bello e ritornerei assolutamente grazie all host molto molto gentile e cordiale

Very clear indications were provided to enter the property and find the parking slot. The owner showed up on check-out and I was happy to have the possibility to talk to him in person, and explain why we didn't like our stay. I much appreciate that he listened to me without reacting or finding justifications (as did the lady who I talked to first), he was a nice, friendly person to talk to, and seemed genuinely interested in knowing what went wrong.
We were quite unhappy about the property, also considering that the price was certainly not low. In retrospective considering also other places where we have been, I can only confirm it could be much better, with some effort.
The apartment was not what I would call beautiful, bereft of personality, and plenty of things were not there, that one would expect to find: toilet paper, a duvet cover for hygienic reasons, additional blankets and towels. The kitchen lacked proper illumination and had only one socket, so one had to disconnect the microwave in order to use the coffee machine. Most of the pots were non-stick and so damaged, that they were impossible to use. The microwave was very counterintuitive to use. There was equipment to make coffee (as listed in the amenities), but no coffee, and even though it's not a must, one would expect to find some basic stuff like kitchen paper, a kitchen towels, milk cups, a sponge clearly dedicated to cleaning the dishes. In the bathrooms there was a lack of towel hangers. The internet went off due to a data limit, and I had to contact the owner to get it to work again.
