1) Place and price. Convenient place at reasonable price 2) Kitchen facilities, fridge and other appliances. Not extra-fasioned, but of good quality, convenient and quite enough for what had been needed for us. 3) Fast in response and friendly staffs of agency 4) Clean room and bed linen

1) Air conditioner. Living in Hong Kong, where even each single barn is equipped with conditioner, its absence in the hotel is non-sens. Air-fans somehow helped, but not enough. 2) Really noisy cafe (or restaurant) right under the balcony. Literally each night they had a loud party (perhaps birthday) almost till midnight. Moreover, as it gets closer to midnight, it becomes noisier! (I even took a short video at 23-00). 3) In our particular case, wi-fi has been dead for almost the whole period of our stay. Luisa (staff of agency) also tried to fix it, but failed. 4) We could not found any waste collection point outside of flat. Luisa also could not. In spite, a stern warning about "interdition" to leave a garbage has not be forgotten to paste on the outside door. So, we had to throw our waste packages into a container elsewhere in town. 5) One set of the keys only. As the room is assigned for up to 3 persons, one key is definitely not enough.
