We stayed at Uthradam Towers for a night. It was an excellent stay. Very easy to find out the location. It is in Palayam, near Kairali TV Channel, AKG Centre, Kerala University, University College etc. The rooms were big and clean. Beds, Toilets etc. were also clean. The property is located in a nice locality with calm and peaceful atmosphere. Even though it has no restaurant, a good restaurant is available at 150 feet. I would recommend this hotel to my friends who have plans to visit Thiruvananthapuram.

Cleanliness is good, but, didnt get hot water. Parking is very good. But can park two to three cars at a time. Most of the guest are coming without car.
How water plant was not working, Electrical appliances was not maintained, like fan was at steady speed, couldnt reduce it. airconditioner was good.
