El apartamento está reformado recientemente y se nota. Muy limpio y confortable. En todos los aspectos el piso es ideal para un período vacacional. Tiene justo enfrente Mercadona y se tardan 5 minutos "reales" en llegar al paseo marítimo bien por la "Escalera Mediterránea" bien por la "Bajada del Cinema".Bien comunicado.
Todos los aspectos son ajenos al propio apartamento. Es un 4° sin ascensor y está ubicado en un edificio y barrio de trabajadores, nada turístico en ese sentido. El aparcamiento es muy limitado, aunque se encuentra.
