Расположение и чистота.
В квартире не оказалось второго постельного белья , подушек и одеяла. Когда обратились к персоналу по смс, сначала дезоинформировали, сказали, что уже помогли нам. В итоге друзья в городе нам просто все отправили с курьером и мы не спали добиваться, потому что координации внутри никакой. Очень неприятно, учитывая, что изначально написали, что заезд вечером и приезжает 2 взрослых и маленький ребенок и заявлено это. Без друзей вообще не смогли бы нормально разместиться. Оплатили и дальше их вообще не интересовало, как гостям будет.

Расположение, очень хорошее состояние аппартаментов, наличие всей необходимой посуды на кухне, чистота при заселении. Фактическое состояние соответствует фото на сайте.
