Location is definitely amazing and view is great too. Also the pool area is super nice, gym maybe not so much. Great that there is parking available.
Prices in Dubai for cleaning ar not that high, I think this flat wasn't cleaned already for a long period, to say that bathroom was disgusting would be the least. With a proper cleaning and some 100-200usd investment this place would be amazing. Also the mold in the bathroom is spectacular.
