One star is too much for this accommodation. We encountered a problem with the payment. While we had used the credit card to make an online payment , the owner asked us for cash with the excuse that he doesn't have a bank account and doesn't know how to handle it and that it was the booking's fault, which is obviously not the case. Otherwise he would not have given us the keys. Of course he is not entitled to be paid in cash as stated in the booking confirmation mail. In addition , the room was dirty, had potatoes thrown on the balcony, used face towel in the bathroom, and almost finished toilet paper left over from previous guests. The mattresses are lousy, you can feel the irons in your body. In addition , there was no hot water , we had to go ask for a water heater to be turned on and wait a long time and end up having to make do with lukewarm to cold water. Finally, the worst of all is that the owners are the worst we have ever met, rude and insulting.While check out was until 11:00 they started banging the doors loudly at 10:00 yelling for us to leave immediately with the excuse that they have to clean up already. Not worth it at all.

Δυστυχώς, η εμπειρία μας από τη διαμονή στο συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα ήταν απογοητευτική. Υπήρχαν πολλά σοβαρά ζητήματα που επηρέασαν αρνητικά τις διακοπές μας: Έλλειψη ιδιωτικότητας: Οι ιδιοκτήτες είχαν στήσει σκηνές ακριβώς έξω από την είσοδο του καταλύματος, γεγονός που μας έκανε να νιώθουμε άβολα και παραβίαζε την προσωπική μας ησυχία. Ανεπαρκής κλιματισμός: Το κατάλυμα διέθετε μόνο ένα κλιματιστικό για όλο το σπίτι, με αποτέλεσμα τα υπνοδωμάτια να μην δροσίζονται επαρκώς, ειδικά τις ζεστές μέρες. Κακή συντήρηση: Οι εσωτερικές πόρτες ήταν φουσκωμένες από την υγρασία, δυσκολεύοντας το άνοιγμα και το κλείσιμο. Προβληματικό μπάνιο: Το μπάνιο παρουσίαζε σοβαρές διαρροές νερού, με αποτέλεσμα να πλημμυρίζει ο χώρος κάθε φορά που το χρησιμοποιούσαμε. Θέματα ασφάλειας: Τα παράθυρα δεν κλείδωναν και όταν επισημάναμε το πρόβλημα στον ιδιοκτήτη, η απάντησή του ήταν «μην φοβάστε, είμαι εγώ εδώ να προσέχω», κάτι που μας φάνηκε απαράδεκτο και αντιεπαγγελματικό. Κακή κατάσταση της κουζίνας: Η κουζίνα ήταν σε πολύ άσχημη κατάσταση, πρόχειρη και βρώμικη, ακατάλληλη για χρήση. Δεν θα προτείναμε αυτό το κατάλυμα και πιστεύουμε ότι χρειάζεται άμεση ανακαίνιση και επαγγελματισμό στη διαχείριση

Tierfeindlich und unprofessionell – absolut nicht zu empfehlen!

Unser Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft war äußerst negativ. Ich hatte über Booking gebucht und ausdrücklich angegeben, dass wir unseren Hund mitbringen, zudem steht in den Richtlinien klar, dass Haustiere erlaubt sind. Bei unserer Ankunft ging ich zu dem Bereich, der als ‚Rezeption‘ gekennzeichnet war – dieser erinnerte jedoch keineswegs an einen Empfangsbereich, sondern wirkte wie ein privates Schlafzimmer. Der Besitzer befand sich dort ohne Oberbekleidung und reagierte, sobald er unseren Hund sah, äußerst heftig. Er sagte, dass er keine Hunde erlaube und wir sofort gehen müssten. Trotz unserer Erklärung, dass die Buchung mit Hund erfolgt war, wurde sein Verhalten noch aggressiver. Er fragte spöttisch: ‚Wer soll denn danach sauber machen?‘ – worauf wir antworteten, dass dies die Aufgabe des Hauses sei. Daraufhin steigerte sich seine Reaktion weiter. Er kam in bedrohlicher Weise auf uns zu und sprach zudem mit seiner Frau in einer Sprache, die wir nicht verstanden. Sein gesamtes Verhalten war extrem unprofessionell und hat bei uns ein Gefühl der Unsicherheit hinterlassen. Wir sind daraufhin einfach gegangen, da wir auf gar keinen Fall dort wohnen wollten. Wir empfinden diesen Vorfall als absolut inakzeptabel und unvereinbar mit dem, was eine touristische Unterkunft an Gastfreundschaft bieten sollte.
