Good boutique hotel at the outskirts of Pula

Cleanliness of the room, very good continental breakfast (complimentary in my case), swimming pool, free Wi-Fi;

The bad: When I arrived, around 7 pm, I was given a room with no balcony at the attic loft; seeing that I realised it wasn’t the room I booked and I complained, the guy from the front desk said that the one on the previous shift, “accidentally” gave the room to someone else; seeing the apologies only won’t do the trick, he bargained with me, and I was given free breakfast and all day drinks during my stay (two nights) and a mere amount of money (aprox. 30 €, so called room rate difference). I agreed to his offer, which was good enough, although the 2nd night he ignored me, probably afraid not to ask for something to dirink :). Other hotel staff was kind and helpful. Beside this incident, note that the hotel is in Vinkuran,pretty far from Pula; nearby, walking distance beaches not worth visiting; having your own wheels is a must;

Perfect hotel in a quiet village

We had a perfect stay at Vinkuran. We wanted a relaxing, peaceful stay in a village walking distance from the sea front, and we were not disappointed. The room was beautiful, clean, well equipped and had a lovely view. Windows were well insulated, we did not hear any noise outside, so we always had a peaceful night sleep. The shower was huge and really nice. Bed was very comfortable. The pool area is secluded and peaceful, a delightful place to relax with a book and a glass of wine before a refreshing swim. However, our favourite part of the stay was the staff at Vinkuran. They were the most helpful and kind people who did everything they could to make our stay perfect. We felt so well looked after and welcome from the moment we entered the hotel. They were genuinely warm and lovely people. They deserve all the praise in the world for making this hotel truly fantastic. We will be happy to come back next time we are in Croatia.

I Highly recommended this place if you’re traveling by car.

We had only two days in this beautiful place, but it was very nice. I felt good and comfortable here. We had a small but well-equipped room with a wonderful terrace where we spent our evenings. The staff was extremely friendly – I liked it so much! For me, the time was too short to fully enjoy this place.

Short distance from centre and clean and welcoming

The pool was nice and the room, the staff were lovely and attentive, especially Luka & Nadja! They are a credit to the hotel. Use uber for taxis to and from the hotel as so much cheaper than just calling one.

The hotel should offer more variety for breakfast options and snacks throughout the day.

Friendly stuff, clean room, spacious bed with big balcony. Relaxing, quiet and allocated close to all facilities.

Mosquitos were annoying, but it is a small issue. Just need to have a spray in the room for that reason. Overall no bad things.

Hübsches kleines Hotel mit entspannter Atmosphäre

Das Hotel hatte eine sehr ruhige, angenehme und persönliche Atmosphäre. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und unterstützend. Entspanntes Frühstück a la carte, auf Wunsch auch draußen, fanden wir viel besser als Buffet . Hübsches Zimmer, großes Bad, bequemes Bett. Ruhig gelegen und mit Auto und Fahrrad alles gut erreichbar.

Mirna lokacija, bazen. Udoban krevet. Recepcionar koji se trudio.

Dolazimo u sobu koja je bila rashlađena na 19 stupnjeva, klima puše na najjače. Balkonska vrata se ne mogu otvoriti do kraja, jer im smeta TV. Tražimo još jednu plahtu, dobivamo set ručnika. Jer spremačice tj.gospođe iz vešeraja rade samo 1. smjenu, a djelatnik s recepcije ne može do plahti. Čekanje na prijavu uz bazen, na šanku nema djelatnika da si naručimo piće. U hotelu popodne radi samo 1 osoba. Dobivamo info da doručak košta 10 eura, međutim drugo jutro se neugodno iznenadimo. Samo kajgana košta 8-9 eura. Kavu i sok smo čekale 10 min., a doručak još 20 min. Bazen je otvoren do 22h, nakon toga nema više nikoga na recepciji. Mladi gospodin s recepcije se trudio, al ima polovične informacije o svemu. Terasa je obrasla brajdem koje visi neuredno na sve strane.

Zdecydowanie polecam

Bardzo ładny hotel. Nie zbyt duży co jest dla mnie plusem, przytulnie i komfortowo. Cudowne wygodne łóżka i duże pokoje. Basen krystalicznie czysty. Można zejść na śniadanie, można zamówić napoje do pokoju. Parking bez problemu pomieścił gości. Hotel znajduje się w spokojniejszej części Istrii ale jest bardzo szybki i łatwy dojazd do innych miejscowości, autem ok 10 min do Puli czy Medulin.

Rzeczy, które mogą zdziwić jeśli jest się np z Polski to brak kapci, szlafroków i czajnika w pokoju ale nam to nie przeszkadzało :)

Ruhig, entspannt und mit freundlichem Service

Zur Ankunft war schon mal sehr schön einen Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür zu haben. Wir wurden sehr freundlich und in einem perfekten Englisch begrüßt. Es gibt zwar keinen Fahrstuhl, aber das Personal ist sehr bemüht und trägt bei Bedarf das Gepäck auf das Zimmer. Unser Zimmer war wirklich hübsch gestaltet, sehr sauber und im ganzen Hotel + Zimmer sind Duftöle aufgestellt. Die Poolanlage ist ebenfalls sehr sauber und mit ausreichenden Liegen ausgestattet. Das Frühstück war für mich persönlich ausreichend und lecker.

Ich hätte mir in unserem Zimmer (was ein riesiges Badezimmer hat) gewünscht, einen kleinen Wäschetrockner, für Badesachen und Handtücher, zu haben.

Wer es gerne ruhiger hat und nicht unmittelbar am Meer sein muss, wird sich hier wohl fühlen.

Kleines Hotel in ruhiger Lage (wir hatten unsere Fahrräder mit dabei und waren innerhalb von 5-10min bei Lokalen in der Umgebung oder am Meer), freundliches Personal, geräumiges Zimmer mit Balkon (Poolseite, top weil keine Sonneneinstrahlung und somit Erwärmung des Zimmers)

Daily clean wird nur auf Nachfrage erledigt und beschränkt sich auf das Aufbetten und tauschen der Handtücher. Ein wenig mehr Augenmerk auf die Sauberkeit im Detail wäre schön. Frühstückskarte ist sehr überschaubar aber wer gerne Omelett isst, kommt auf seine Kosten. Das Personal der Rezeption ist „Mädchen für alles“ und manchmal dauert es etwas länger, bis man bedient oder nachgefragt wird. Trotzdem, unser Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm und schön, danke!
