    When I say it’s good I would recommend it to my friends, but I wouldn’t personally come back here because I don’t think it’s worth the money for me personally since I’m a low wage/income earner.

    This hotel does not use room keys or room cards, they only provide you a small piece of paper with a QR code printed on it. You need to use it to activate the lifts and open your room door. But there's a catch - you have to swipe in front of the sensor to activate the QR code scanner first. You can get used to it after doing it a couple of times, but it can be confusing at first. And imagine you're an exhausted traveller and you still need to figure out how to use that QR code to enter your room. Not a great experience. The staff taught me to take a picture of the QR code and use my phone instead - didn't help much It could be a nice feature that supplements more traditional methods, but having it as the only option? No, thanks

    The soundproofing in this hotel is extremely poor. We could clearly hear the guests next door closing their doors loudly, which was very disturbing. I’m not sure if there is a pub or nightclub nearby, but loud music could be heard starting from Saturday 11pm+ until 4:30 AM ! It was almost impossible to get a good night’s sleep. Very disappointing experience, especially when staying at a hotel where guests expect a quiet and comfortable environment.
