    We love everything especially the amenities and facilities and of course the food . Thank you also To the staff ,they were very helpful all the time . I would love to go back there one day! The location is perfect , not to close in the city its very peaceful area, you dont need to go to the city to eat because they offer very good serving , well presented and tasty food

    Truly exceptional! Staffs were very helpful, food were great especially breakfast choices ,all are fresh and made with art and love, amenities and facilities were superb! In our stay We got free Spa Massage which is great , afternoon tea, and free to use Resort facilities . Very peaceful location and very wide resorts , everything you need is here!

    Our stay at Tea Resort Prenn was, without question, the best 5-star hotel experience we have ever had. If a 10/5 rating were possible, that would be our honest review. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The resort is immaculately clean, incredibly affordable, and the staff are genuinely warm, welcoming, and attentive. Every interaction made us feel truly cared for. One of the highlights was the complimentary massage, which turned out to be one of the best massage experiences we’ve ever had—an unexpected luxury that elevated the entire stay. What amazed us most is how exceptionally affordable this resort is, considering the level of comfort and service. It honestly feels like a hidden paradise—a true heaven for rest, peace, and relaxation. We are already looking forward to coming back, and next time, we’ll definitely bring our kids to experience this beautiful place with us. Highly, highly recommended.

    Staff is very nice. Big place with fake beach for kids. Good if you have children who love to play in water. My room is nice but not well maintained. Hot water faucet is hard to adjust, have to call maintenance person and leave faucet position in same position during my 3 night stay. Door lock is making alarm noise at night every night, even after daily repair due to humidity at night causing lock/battery to malfunction and make noise in the middle of the nights, disrupting my sleep. The website advertised free buffet breakfast but there is only 1 out of 3 days I was there. Reason is “not enough guests to have buffet”. They still serve me breakfast with a few choices. Location is 7-8 km from Dalat market and night market.
