☆☆ BEDROOMS + BATHROOMS ☆☆
This 3300-square-foot, two-story home has five private bedrooms, making it perfect for large groups of traveling friends, family, or business retreats. Four of the bedrooms are on the main level, and one is located on the second floor.
The first bedroom features a king-size bed and a spacious walk-in closet so you can unpack your belongings and feel at home. This room offers access to the front and back patios and has an ensuite bathroom with a luxurious tiled shower.
The second bedroom also has a king-sized bed, a private bathroom, and a private patio. The third king-sized bedroom also offers private patio access. The fourth bedroom is furnished with two twin beds and has a walk-in closet for storage. These two rooms share a full bathroom located down the hallway.
The final bedroom is the only room on the upper level. This room has a king-size bed, a private bathroom, a laptop-friendly workstation, and a 55” TV. This room also has a twin-size daybed and a twin-size futon to accommodate additional guests.
Outside the main house is a beautifully decorated Casita for additional sleeping. Here guest will have access to a twin/twin daybed, full bath, TV and dedicated work space right off the pool and club house.
All four of the beautiful, bright bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels, hair dryers, and essential toiletries so you can pack light.

The full kitchen is spacious and inviting, with earthy colors and bright lighting. This lovely space is equipped with stainless steel appliances and all the cookware, dishes, and utensils you need to create delicious meals for large groups, including the kiddos.
There are plenty of cabinets and a full-sized refrigerator to store your favorite groceries. Caffeine lovers will be happy to see the coffee station with a Keurig coffee maker and complimentary coffee.
Enjoy your meals in the formal dining area, which seats 8. There are plenty of counter stools in the kitchen for additional guests.

With high ceilings and plenty of natural light flooding through the large windows, the cozy living room is the perfect place to gather and hang out as one large group. Whether you’re making plans for an exciting day of exploring the vineyards or enjoying a family movie night, you’ll enjoy the comfortable couches and 55-inch Smart TV equipped with Dish cable and Roku.
There is also a newly renovated sunroom near the back porch. This room is flooded with natural light, making it the perfect spot to curl up with a good book or your morning cup of coffee.

The property filled our expected needs. It was large enough for the 12 of us to have our space. The pool was large enough that it could be enjoyed by many at same time. So why not 5 stars? Because there were details that were missing. It was obvious that they had probably had an exterminator out - Yay . But what greeted us was dead bugs and sluggish scorpions(in the hill country - you are going to have scorpions). However, a five star would have come in and spruced it up by sweeping up the dead bugs. There were only 3 pool towels - for 12 people --- luckily we brought our own. The ping pong table only had 3 paddles - so one played with a plate. The dart board did not have darts -- we brought our own. The basketball was flat -- but we brought our own. In the bathrooms there was a lack of towels, washcloths and hand towels. Luckily we brought enough beach towels that we were able to subsidize. My sister stayed in the Casita and she had to remove the cobwebs before settling in. There is a play house on the property --- it is unlocked - so thought it was there for kids to enjoy --- it was a total mess - maybe we were not suppose to use it? There were broken items throughout -- broken cue stick, broken barstools. And the pool hours -- the ones posted were different than the ones sent. Why are there pool hours? No neighbors. All of these are rather 'minor' in the overall stay. Again, it is a beautiful large property we enjoyed celebrating our 50 year ann.
