Nestled in a charming historic district, just 1 mile to the Arts District and 2 miles to Roosevelt Row (DTPHX), this 1920s freshly renovated home has everything you need! The space features a custom kitchen overlooking the living area where you can catch your favorite tv show while making dinner. The bedrooms offer plenty of natural light, but feel free to use the blackout curtains to sleep in a little!
