Expectations were met and exceeded. Comms with the owner was quick and efficient. Entry was easy. The place was very clean and the location was what we wanted. You're a 20 min walk to Jacksonville Pier (on the beach), a short drive to either Neptune beach or Ponte Vedra and their shops and restaurants. We would return to this spot again.

Everything was great!! The host is an amazing person. The massage chair was the best. Excellent view of the ocean from the balcony. We will be back again!
