It is air-conditioned and consists of a large living room, open to a fully equipped and functional kitchen (fridge, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, oven,...), four bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The terrace, well sheltered from the sun and equipped with a bioclimatic pergola, allows you to enjoy the garden of 1250 m² and the surroundings of the swimming pool (12 m x 5m).
