Private Beach Waterfront Cottage

We stayed here for 5 nights with some friends to do some fishing and celebrate a 50th birthday. While the fishing was terrible…..everything else was fantastic Exceeded expectations from the start. The host is very pleasant…answering all our questions we had before booking. The communication regarding check in and check out procedures was very straightforward. We were welcomed into the cottage with a lovely sign and a bottle of wine!!! Yes please!! What a great way to start!!The cottage is very well equipped with your basics…tp, paper towel, some spices. But we were pleasantly surprised to see that coffee, tea, and sugar were also provided The beds are quite comfortable and the hosts have really made the cottage feel like a home away from home with all the lovely blankets and thoughtful decor. All of the appliances worked and looked new There’s a gas BBQ and kayaks for your use as well. There are plenty of seating areas depending if you want shade, sun loungers, a cozy place to read….lots of space for allWould absolutely recommend and would absolutely stay again.

We had a great stay at this cottage. It was very well equipped and a great location. The sunsets were amazing! We enjoyed sitting on the deck and then moving into the screened in porch when the bugs came out. Option of air conditioning inside. The swimming was good - you could either jump/dive in off the dock or wade in (water shoes recommended). There were a few reeds part way in but not bad and quite tolerable. We had a nice break and Napanee is not very far if you need anything.
