About this villa rental
Great vacation home on the water half a block from the intracoastal water ways. Ten minutes by boat from Hillsboro inlet no fixed bridges. Enjoy this 3 bedrooms home with two king beds and a triple bunk bed.

Very nice layout! Great location. Pet friendly. Hard to find essential items like paper towels. Little ants everywhere. The hot tub had WAY too much chlorine.

The host was very kind and made sure all our accommodations were met. The first night didn’t seem to cool but the host got 3 fans sent to the house and fire sticks for all the tvs. The house cooled down after the first night so the fans were not needed. But we enjoyed them since our family is use to sleeping with them.The jacuzzi was as nice and we enjoyed relaxing in the privacy of our back yard by the marina. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. It is also close to everything we wanted and needed. She even had some items for us to take beaching like a cooler, tent and a chair with plenty of beach towels. This place felt like a home away from home. So if your looking for a nice vacation spot that feels like home while on vacation, this is it.

The tables and kitchen counters were crawling with ants and the washer and dryer didn’t work. Had just come from a cruise. The location was fine and the rooms were clean.

Good experience overall. The only issue I had was that we were unable to use one of the bathrooms for a day or so due to some flooding/plumbing issues. Julian did respond rather quickly and sent someone to look into it shortly after I made him aware of the issue.
