We needed a place for a month while we closed on a house in the area. This fit the bill, reasonably priced and they take dogs. Great location, convenient. Quick response, until now. They offer partial refund of pet deposit. We definitely left it cleaner than we found it, but still no refund.
Put some tlc into the house and protect your investment. The prop mgr should spray for bugs once a month. Those plug in things in each room aren’t getting the job done. There’s a decent size gap under the back door that lets in rain and bugs. The yard is nothing but dirt and weeds.
