This newly renovated home has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Our cozy house features high ceilings in the living room, plenty of windows, and a spacious fenced-in backyard!

- Primary bedroom has a luxury pillow top KING-sized bed w/private ensuite full bath and walk-in closet
- The secondary room has a QUEEN-sized bed
- The third bedroom has a QUEEN-sized bed

- Secure parking for two with smartphone control. Additional parking for two cars in the driveway
Yard
- Generously sized yard is perfect for pets! We provide poop bags to help keep the yard free of waste
Guests have access to the entire home including the backyard & secure garage parking. A vehicle will be needed to drive around and there's plenty of parking for 4 cars (two inside the garage and two outside)

A smart door lock code will be provided upon check-in. Guests have access to the entire home including the backyard & secure smart garage parking. A car will be needed to drive around and there’s plenty of parking for 4 cars (two inside the garage and two in the driveway)
Other things to note
Consumables:
We include a reasonable starter amount of toilet paper, paper towels, and other consumables like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish detergent, and laundry detergent. Beyond the starter package, our guests are expected to manage their refills.
Pets:
Well-behaved cats and dogs with a non-refundable deposit ($250 per pet per stay for 30-day stays) Note PET FEE. Please keep animals off furniture and pick them up after your dog in the backyard. Bags are provided.
Security Cameras:
For the safety of both guests and the property, we have exterior cameras actively recording video and audio of the porch, exterior parking, and front door. Guests are not to disable or interfere with the broadcast of the cameras and are at risk of forfeiting their stay. No tampering. Unless there is excessive activity, cameras are not constantly monitored.
For lightning-fast response, always communicate with us through the VRBO platform. In the event of an actual emergency, seek immediate help, dial the authorities, and then contact us.
