• Use curling irons only in the bathroom.
• Rinse dishes before loading the dishwasher and use dishwasher detergent only.
• This is a non-smoking apartment. If smoking outside, please properly dispose of cigarette butts.
• Pets are not permitted in this apartment, except service animals as permitted under Airbnb policy.

The house was clean, perfect size for 4 adults and never more than 15 minutes from anything we wanted to do. The neighborhood is in transition, but I never felt unsafe. Lots of “urban” noise at night so I would recommend ear plugs if you’re not used to that. Thanks!

Cute and clean place. Neighborhood is a bit questionable with boarded up houses but we did not have any issues. The first night we arrived we had a slight difficult time finding the correct entrance in the dark.
Showers were clean, floors clean, beds are firm, kitchen nicely organized.
Overall good stay!

This place was great. Clean, easy to get in to and easy to contact owner. Only downfall would be the neighborhood that it was in.
