Located in Posada, the vacation apartment " house with veranda" offers everything you need for a stress-free stay with mountain views.
The 80 m2 property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom; it can therefore accommodate 4 people. On-site amenities include a TV, a fan, and a washing machine. A crib and high chair are also available.
The property has access to an outdoor area with a veranda, a barbecue and 2 outdoor showers.
Guests are advised to take a boat tour starting from the Caletta in the direction of Arbatax and visit the charming beach of Berchida. Nightclubs are available in San Teodoro and Olbia.
Families with children are welcome.
Up to one pet is allowed for a fee (inside must always be accompanied by the owner).
Air conditioning and wi-fi connection are not available.
Lunches with local dishes and seafood can be arranged.
Towels and bed linen can be provided (extra charge).
The property has storage for motorcycles and bicycles.
There are guidelines in the apartment to help guests sort waste properly.
