You'll find everything you need for a wonderful holiday in this large and well-appointed townhouse, which is centrally located in Ålbæk close to the town's shops and restaurants, and the charming fishing and marina is just a lovely walk away. The bright rooms are neat and well-maintained and you have 130 m2 to spread out over two levels, so even if you are six people together, you have plenty of space. The first floor of the townhouse offers 2 large rooms with two beds in each. The ground floor contains the house's kitchen and a cozy large living room with a dining area and sofa area with TV, as well as 1 large bedroom and a spacious bathroom. There is a large secluded terrace, where there is also a greenhouse that can be used. On the lawn you have plenty of space to play and play ball on the freshly mowed lawn, as there is a robot lawnmower that takes care of that. Not available for youth and craftsman groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
