Holiday home located less than 150 m from the small cozy Ålbæk harbor. Down the road, which ends blindly, the path crosses the dunes directly down to the child-friendly beach. On the ground floor there is access from the utility room with washing machine to the kitchen and cozy living room with sofa and TV. From the kitchen, with small dining table, there is access to large dining / living room with wood burning stove and on to a double bedroom. The distribution corridor leads to the bathroom with shower and toilet. From here the stairs go up to two smaller bedrooms with two single beds and a large bedroom with double bed and good closet space. From the master bedroom there is a nice view to the small harbor and the sea. From the utility room there is access to a large and beautiful terrace with evening sun, large garden with fruit trees and space for ball games. The garden ends at the small stream that runs through the town. There is carport for two cars. Not for rent to youth groups.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
