Bardzo udany pobyt. Wynajmowaliśmy pokój dla trzech dorosłych osób i byliśmy naprawdę zadowoleni. Pokój był wygodny, czysty i miał wszystko, czego potrzebowaliśmy podczas kilkudniowego pobytu. Łóżka bardzo wygodne, wyposażenie w zupełności wystarczające. Dużym plusem jest spokojna okolica – można naprawdę odpocząć, a jednocześnie bez problemu dostać się do centrum i nad morze. Na miejscu jest też wszystko, co potrzebne do normalnego funkcjonowania podczas urlopu. Na szczególne wyróżnienie zasługuje właściciel – bardzo miły, sympatyczny i pomocny. Od początku można było poczuć swobodną, przyjazną atmosferę, bez niepotrzebnego formalizmu. W razie potrzeby zawsze można było liczyć na pomoc. Dobry stosunek ceny do warunków i bardzo przyjemne miejsce na pobyt w Kołobrzegu. Jeżeli będziemy ponownie w okolicy, chętnie zatrzymamy się tutaj jeszcze raz. Zdecydowanie polecam!

Gospodarz Pan Józef to osoba z którą można się bez problemu dogadać co do pobytu tak było w moim przypadku i dobrze to wspominam,dom jest kilku piętrowy i ma dużo pokoi,jakieś 200metrów od domu jest stacja koleji regionalnych i można w kilka minut dojechać do centrum miasta pociągiem.
