the location is very good situated. the beach, the shops, the port, several fish smokehouses, and grocery stores, the Watersports Club, rope parks, a Aquapark (although very modest), a wonderful pine forest in the nearest neighbourhood. the beach was very clean.
the room was big enough.
we stayed in room #2 on the ground floor. The room had several serious issues affecting comfort and hygiene. Almost no natural light entered the space, and the humidity level was extremely high. The air felt heavy and stagnant, as there was no air conditioning or proper ventilation (though the climatization rates were paid additionally).
The toilet seat kept coming off repeatedly. The bunk bed squeaked loudly on both levels, making it difficult to rest. The table was unnecessarily large and took up too much space in the room. The grey wallpaper only added to the gloomy atmosphere.
The overall atmosphere was uncomfortable, mainly due to the constant dampness and the strong smell of mold. Even the pillows carried a noticeable moldy odor. The bathroom also had a recurring mold smell, although it was not present all the time.
In comparison, the rooms on the top floor were very different, bright, with enough of air and sun light. and the bathroom there was much better. it was like two different buildings and owners.
