Great layout, bedrooms, lounge room and carport. Loved the little fireplace heater for the aesthetic.
It was mostly clean, just spotted two cockroaches in the kitchen next to the fridge.

Well stocked, perhaps some long-life milk for tea on arrival.
It was chilly, so some extra blankets may be handy. Also, you do need a car for this property to explore Katoomba!

It was cosy
The dryer was full of clothes. Light outside didn’t work… we fixed it

Quiet location, nice assortment of books to read, Xbox and games for the kids and pantry full of food and snacks - assuming these are left over from other guests.
We weren’t able to use the washing machine and dryer as they both were full of wet sheets and towels. Washing machine seals were very mouldy. As this was our last stay of a 2 week holiday we had planned to do our washing before packing for home. Bit of an ant problem in the kitchen and the microwave wasn’t working, used the oven to heat the microwave meals we had purchased but the fan made a terrible noise while the over was heating and as it cut in and out.
