The apartment is really spacious as stated in its name, spotless clean. The kitchen is fully equipped, the bathroom is not small. Location is very convenient, direct public transport to the airport, nearby bus and tram stops for multiple lines, in short walk time from parks and sightseeing. Although its location, the apartment is in a quite building and away from street noise.

The sofa bed is a bit small for two adults, especially if one of them is a tall man, it could fit two medium-size people though.

Location is perfect. Walkable to the city center, or you can take the tram/bus (less than 5 min away). Both bedroom beds and a single bed in the living room were comfortable. Kitchen/dining room good for having meal together. There were glasses for wine or beer. 

Although we booked through Booking.com, we were required to complete an additional registration and questionnaire on the RENTUJEMY website before check-in. This extra step was unexpected. Only a few days before arrival, we were informed that a security deposit was required. This was not clearly stated in the Booking.com listing. Without paying the deposit, you will not receive the lockbox code, making check-in impossible. We were a group of five, but only one physical key was provided. We initially tried leaving the key in the lockbox so everyone could access it independently. Unfortunately, we discovered that if the door is locked from the outside and the key is left in the lockbox, anyone inside the apartment cannot unlock the door from the inside. When we contacted RENTUJEMY support, we first reached an AI assistant rather than a live person. After about two hours, a staff member finally arrived, opened the lockbox, and let the person inside out. For the rest of our stay, whenever someone left the apartment, the person remaining inside had to physically lock the door from the inside by turning the key after the other person had closed the door. This meant you often had to interrupt or even wake up someone who was resting just to lock the door behind you. With five guests following different schedules, this was very inconvenient. The apartment was advertised for five guests, but there were only four dining chairs, and one of them was broken. Fortunately, we found two folding chairs stored in a corner, so everyone eventually had a place to sit. The sofa bed was also partially broken. The damage was not visible until it was unfolded, so we only discovered it at bedtime. It was very uncomfortable to sleep on. Together, these issues suggest that the apartment is not thoroughly inspected between guests. This also raises questions about the purpose of the security deposit when obvious defects are left for the next guests to discover.
