the location is perfect, it’s 10 minutes from the center of Warsaw. the room was clean and also provided with supplies like shampoo, shower gel, etc. There were also a cattle with tea and coffee in our room. I'd also like to add that the mattresses were very soft and the bedding was clean, so we slept really well

The downside was that there was no hot water in the shower; there was hot water in the sink, but for some reason only cold water in the shower. The elevator in the building is quite old and worked only intermittently, but none of that really mattered.

I like the location, all the facilities that you need very close to the apartment, the mattress is very nice and comfortable, design is bright.

It is good for safety to many doors with codes, but not for comfort. The door on the floor is too long code i guess, and if you don't like to memorise it you should check your phone and type it all the time. Be careful if you book the twin room it is very tiny , nice bed but small space. Long time response from support chat thru booking, for me it is important to get reply as soon as possible because I'm busy all the time. For example if you have some troubles with shower you should wait 2-3 hours. It is also important if you have only internet roaming without calls. Another very funny thing - I paid 150 pounds thru booking for 23 - 27 March (4 nights) but the Host charge me 162,62 pounds?? 12 pounds currency conversation??? I'm not saying that disappointing but this is sh*t guys, lots of things to improve
