Happy and content

It was very clean and great location. The check-in is very easy and keyless entry. Management very helpful.

We rented 2 studio units for a party of 4. One of the units had 2 kitchen cupboard doors that were not tightly secure so you needed to hold onto the bottom of door so I wouldn't come off the hinge. Its a minor issue. Also in the other unit grading in the shower is off a bit so the water drains backwards towards the washing machine. There is a secondary drain there, so just beware so you don't have anything on the floor you don't want to get wet.

The apartment is a good size and has a washing machine which is very handy for travellers. It is neat and easily located. It is just outside of the main town.

Best luck we had over our 2 months travel

It was the first time we found in our 2 months of travel through Europe a property, where the photos and benefit speil of the property was 90% accurate. We couldn’t believe our luck. The property maybe not a premier location on the Thessaloniki map, but when you settled into the property and work out the convenience of the metro and new train station being at your door step, it soon becomes a premier position for the price. And although placed slightly on the other side of the tracks , don’t let the this deter you, it means nothing. Never felt unsafe, the property host obliging at every turn. We loved the place. The apartments have everything you might need, they are very clean and new. Very close to the city centre and some steps away from plenty of public transport and Metro station. Parking on the street was easy to find every time we moved our car.

Το διαμέρισμα δεν διέθετε ζεστό νερό πράγμα που Δεκέμβριο μήνα θεωρώ απαραίτητο. Άβολο και μικρό κρεβάτι για δύο άτομα και κλινοσκεπάσματα βρώμικα. Ιδιαίτερη προσοχή στο κουτί του σεσουάρ μαλλιών το οποίο μαζί με το σεσουάρ προσφέρει δώρο κατσαρίδα μεγέθους ενός αντίχειρα.

Tesisin konumu çok iyiydi, hemen yakınında yemek yiyebileceğimiz yerler olması önemliydi. Aracımızı sorunsuz bir şekilde sokağa park edebildik. Giriş çıkış sistemi de çok iyi çalışıyordu. Ev çok temizdi.

Banyonun gider sistemi biraz değişikti, duş aldığımızda gereksiz bir şekilde bütün banyo ıslanıyordu.

Apartament bardzo ładny, taki jak na zdjęciach. Zlokalizowany za dworcem głównym w Salonikach, z którego można szybko dojechać do centrum (metro oraz kilka linii autobusowych). W lokalu znajdowała się woda, kawa i herbata. Wszystkie potrzebne sztućce, naczynia. W pokojach poduszki, ręczniki oraz cienka narzuta (zamiast kołdry idealne na lato). Na duży plus klimatyzacja.

Nie można uznać tego za wadę, ale pomieszczenie mocno i szybko się nagrzewało, na szczęście jest klimatyzacja, która to naprawia.

Sauberes Appartement in guter Lage mit top Service

Das Appartement war sehr sauber und der Check-in verlief unkompliziert. Es gibt ein kleines Fitnessstudio mit ein paar Geräten, das für eine kurze Trainingseinheit völlig ausreichend ist. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, die Betten sind bequem und eine Klimaanlage ist vorhanden. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es an der Straße, allerdings muss man manchmal etwas suchen, bis man einen Platz findet. Die Lage ist gut – etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß bis in die Innenstadt. Die Verwalter der Apartments sind sehr gut per WhatsApp erreichbar, sofort ansprechbar, freundlich und kümmern sich umgehend um alle Anliegen. Alles in allem ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Ich würde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Terlik (kullan-at) hariç bi evde olması gereken tüm ihtiyaçlar vardı. çevresinde marketler var o konuda sıkıntı yaşamazsınız. 2 bina yanında karakol var güvenlik anlamında sıkıntısız.

Merkeze uzaklığı yürüme mesafesinde ancak çocuklu aileler için biraz zor doğrusu. Diğer odalarda yada koridorda olan sesi odanın içindeymiş gibi duyuyorsunuz.

Lejos, pero merece la pena

La comodidad para entrar, salir, instalarse y quedarse en la habitación eran insuperables. Un código fácil de recordar enviado a mi teléfono y que servía para la puerta de la calle y la habitación (cómoda, amplia y tranquila).

La ubicación quizá no sea lo mejor. Pero es lo más cerca que puedes estar si quieres encontrar aparcamiento.
