De ligging tov de skigebieden.
De verhouding prijs/kwaliteit. Er werd 200€ in rekening gebracht voor de poets maar het was niet echt piekfijn proper bij intrede. Terwijl 200€ poets echt toch een hoog bedrag is als je kijkt naar de grote van het appartement. Dit kan piekfijn gepoetst worden op 2u tijd.

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit allem was man braucht. Unsere Hunde waren sehr willkommen. Die Lage ist etwas ungünstig wenn man morgens eine Gassi Runde gehen will aber man ist schnell zu Fuss in der Innenstadt. Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber.
Keine schöne Gassi Runde direkt vom Haus aus. Garten etwas ungepflegt.

Very modern spacious appartment with full equiped kitchen. fast internet. We had bedroom with shower downstairs, this room can use the only free parking in garden. it has one large bed and two sofabeds. closeby is pizza/donner shop. walkable are lidl, 2x aldi and mcdonalds, old town and shopping mall. host communicate very friendly and quick (in german mainly), but with google translate no problem. factory store getzner textil at end of street for men and women cloths. we went skiing in gaschurn (silvretta montafon) and golm. drove daily 30 min. one day was misty we could not ski. Bludenz is a very beautiful city.
we did not find button to turn off the big light to downstairs. but it has sensor. turn off automatically.
